# Stockkeeping Units _(Realtime-enabled)_

Read-only feed of stockkeeping units (SKUs), the per-location, per-variant planning record for an item. It carries the location-specific replenishment system, reordering policy, reorder point/quantity, safety stock, lead time, and costs that the [item](https://eonesolutions.github.io/eone-bc-integration/core-items.md) card alone does not hold, so an external planning or store system can read stocking parameters broken down by location.

## Why it exists

A SKU is the intersection of an item and a [location](https://eonesolutions.github.io/eone-bc-integration/core-locations.md) (and optionally a variant). The same item can have a different reorder point, vendor, safety stock, or unit cost at each location. None of which live on the item master. This endpoint surfaces those location-level numbers.

## Composite key, no integrationId

A SKU is identified by `itemNo` + `locationCode` + `variantCode` together. There is **no** `integrationId` external key on this entity, match on the three key columns instead.

> **Caution:** This feed is **read-only**: no create, update, or delete. `POST`/`PATCH`/`DELETE` are rejected. To change stocking parameters, write to the SKU through standard Business Central, not this API.

> **Note:** OData key is `SystemId`, exposed as `id`. Use `$filter` on `itemNo` and `locationCode` to pull the SKUs for a given item or location.
