BC field

Notes

id

SystemId

BC record GUID. ro

bcCompanyId

bcCompanyId

The company this row belongs to - the same GUID that appears in the request URL. Present on every endpoint so a store pooling several companies can keep them apart without relying on which URL it called. ro

The name of the company this row belongs to. ro

lineNumber

Line No.

Stamped automatically on insert. ro

depositId

Transaction Id

GUID of the parent deposit. ro

accountType

Account Type

Which ledger this line settles in: Customer (the usual case for a lockbox or collection run), Vendor, or Employee. Defaults to Customer.

accountNumber

Account No.

The customer, vendor or employee this line settles for. Every check the engine makes about the target document - whose it is, whether it is still open, what is left on it - is judged against THIS party, not the deposit's.

accountIntegrationId

accountIntegrationId

Resolve the party by your external key instead of its Business Central number. See Integration Id. res

appliesToInvoiceNumber

Applies-to Doc. No.

No. of this party's posted document that the line settles.

appliesToInvoiceIntegrationId

Applies-to Inv. Integration Id

Settles the posted document with this integrationId. It must belong to THIS LINE's party and still be open. If it has not posted yet and the endpoint allows it, the deposit waits in staging and applies once it posts. res

amount

Amount

How much of the deposit settles this document. Positive magnitude; the engine derives the sign.
