Create and maintain the values that belong to a dimension. dimensionCode + code together form the key, so both are required on create.

The parent dimension (dimensionCode) must already exist. dimensionValueType accepts Standard, Heading, Total, Begin-Total or End-Total.

This endpoint has no integrationId. A dimension value is addressed by its natural (dimensionCode, code) key. To assign values onto records, see Dimensions.
