Price lists in the new pricing experience: a priceListHeaders header and its priceListLines. Each line carries its scope (assign-to type/number), product, quantity break, currency and validity dates.

currencyCode is an ISO code; blank means the local currency.

Create the header first. Leave code blank to draw the next number from the price list no. series, or supply your own. Changing code later renames the list and keeps its lines.

Deep-insert the priceListLines collection when you POST the header (its code is stamped onto each line for you), $expand=priceListLines to read a list with its lines, and use one OData $batch request to load prices in bulk. Subscribe to these entities for a webhook when prices change. Filter with OData, e.g. $filter=priceType eq 'Sale' and assetType eq 'Item' and status eq 'Active'.
