Read and write whether the archive and cancel actions (and their API bound-actions) are available for each document type, one row per archivable type. Built primarily for automated testing.

One row per archivable document type

Rows are seeded by the extension; you cannot insert or delete, only PATCH enabled. documentType is the key.
