Read-only feed of an item's units of measure: pack/conversion factors plus per-UoM dimensions and weight for shipping and cartonization. Exposed standalone and as the expandable child of Items via ?$expand=itemUnitsOfMeasure.

Each row is one UoM line on an item. qtyPerUnitOfMeasure is the conversion factor back to the item's base unit, and length/width/height/cubage/weight describe the physical pack at that UoM.

Resolver: itemId

The feed exposes the parent item by both its business key (itemNo) and its Business Central record GUID (itemId). itemId is not stored on the UoM record. It is resolved per row by looking up the Item from itemNo, so you can join straight to the Items endpoint without a second call.

This feed carries no integrationId. Item units of measure are not Integration Id-stamped. Correlate rows by itemNo + code, or pull them through the Items expand.
The endpoint is read-only (no create, update, delete, or bound actions). Maintain item units of measure in Business Central.
