Read-only company-wide unit-of-measure master (Business Central table 204). Resolve and validate the unitOfMeasureCode posted on items and document lines, and read each unit's international standard code and symbol.

This company-wide master publishes as unitsOfMeasure. For the units defined on a specific item, with pack/conversion factors, use the per-item itemUnitsOfMeasure feed ($expand child of items) instead.

Read-only — POST/PATCH/DELETE are rejected. There is no integrationId: address a unit of measure by its natural code (or by id, the SystemId GUID).
